Child Safety Standards

Pop The Balloon has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Pop The Balloon is intended only for adults age 18 and older. We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that sexually exploits, endangers, grooms, abuses, or otherwise harms children.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
Users may not create, upload, share, request, promote, or engage in any content or activity involving:
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Sexualized content involving minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to obtain sexual content from minors
- Sextortion, trafficking, or any form of sexual exploitation of children
- Any attempt to use Pop The Balloon to contact, exploit, or endanger a minor
Any violation of these standards may result in immediate account suspension or termination, removal of content, and reporting to the appropriate authorities when required by law.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report concerning content or behavior directly within the Pop The Balloon app using the available report features. Reports involving possible CSAE or CSAM are reviewed as a priority.

Our Response to CSAE and CSAM
When we become aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may:
- Remove the content
- Suspend or permanently ban the account involved
- Preserve relevant information as required
- Report apparent CSAM or child exploitation to the appropriate authorities or organizations as required by applicable law
Cooperation With Law Enforcement
Pop The Balloon complies with applicable child safety laws and cooperates with valid legal requests from law enforcement and child protection authorities.
